Heavenly beings called angels have active roles being constantly played out in human lives. Matthew 18:10 notes, “Take heed that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that in heaven their angels always see the face of My Father who is in heaven.” Acts 12:13-15 states, “And as Peter knocked at the door of the gate, a girl named Rhoda came to answer. When she recognized Peter’s voice, because of her gladness she did not open the gate, but ran in and announced that Peter stood before the gate. But they said to her, “You are beside yourself!” Yet she kept insisting that it was so. So, they said, “It is his angel.”
We do not know with absolute certainty about the term “guardian angels” because the term is not in Holy Scripture. What we do know is that angels at the direction of God will care about us and that they can intervene in our lives when called by God to. What a comforting thought.
Angels are invisible and are definitely in our midst and are powerful against dark angels. Angels bring a bad or a good report to the throne of God in heaven about each of us.
The guidance of Holy Spirit directing us is visible to angels when Christians are making disciples, assisting the poor, teaching Bible studies with unbelievers, or protecting children.
Angels will absolutely be there at God’s direction when we are in trouble. Don’t forget. Angels are everywhere.
