“Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: Father, the hour has come, Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You, as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him, And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do. And now, O Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.” (John 17:1-5) KJV
God is promising eternal life to all who have faith love and hope in Jesus. You can be one of them. You can have everlasting life after you pass away and go to heaven with the Lord Jesus in His kingdom paradise. That’s what I strive for. To be with the Lord in heaven for eternity living as a spirit creature taking note of everything going on forever. Every book I write I will put on a shelf and then another shelf and then another for eternity while God glorifies me because I love and am faithful to Him and will live among others who were servants of God and faithful to the end of their life.
“and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the men of God be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” (2 Timothy 3: 15-17) KJV
