Birds

The most famous Bible verse about birds is at Matthew 6:26, which uses birds to illustrate God’s daily provision. It reminds believers not to worry, because God cares for His creations and values humans even more. In other words, when in doubt, when all else has failed, when you’re in utter despair, you’ll see a bird. God’s way of letting believers know He’s watching over you and He sees your pain and sorrow.

There are so many Holy Scriptures about birds. My favorite, the scripture that held me up through trials, tribulations and despair is, “Look at the birds of the air, they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?” (Matthew 6:26-27)

The magnificence of the mass collection of God’s creation of birds. Look at the birds and know God has your back. God loves you. We are servants of the one and only true God of love. We are His disciples, His love.
