They hate you because you’re a loving, good person. They hate you because you’re smart. They hate you because you’re beautiful. They hate you because you’re self-confident with high self-esteem. They hate you because you’re rich. They hate you because you have personality and they don’t. They hate you because you have everything they want, and don’t have.
“Jealousy is rottenness to the bones.” (Proverbs 14:30)
Fact is, a person experiencing the wrath of another who is jealous or envious of them has their joy stolen. A jealous person toward anyone robs one of peace and a tranquil heart because a jealous person is “in want of heart.”
Jealousy is like a wicked dark evil spirit cast upon you. You have no idea that a person is actually jealous or envious of you, because you don’t have any jealousy in your heart at all. Often times, a true friend will inform you, “she’s so jealous of you,” and you really cared about the person. It’s a difficult situation and it’s wise to avoid anyone sick with jealousy like this.
You’re intelligent and you come to find out, why a person acts so odd around you, and think, “I’ll bet they talk behind my back too.” You have no idea why. The reason: They’re jealous of you. You feel it.
Jealousy breeds hate which robs us of vitality and good health. Why ? Because jealousy is evil and a lot of people are just plain evil. It hurts when someone mistreats you because they’re jealous.
Learn to identify people’s behaviors and why they behave the way they do. It’s self protection and we all need to protect our hearts.
