All of these conditions combined cause numerous issues like rapid abdominal and facial weight gain, muscle weakness, inability to lose weight, accumulation of belly fat, hair loss, dry skin, constipation, joint pain, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, insomnia, sleep disturbances, tinnitus, brain fog, difficulty concentrating, memory issues and high blood pressure all of which when combined are the causes of autoimmune diseases, Type 2 diabetes and cardiac disease.

A visit to your local doctor is 20 minutes max. Your local doctor generally has no idea how to treat thyroid disease, high cortisol or autoimmune diseases except to give you a hormone for your thyroid which generally just keeps your hormones appearing to be level on the blood work you had done. A prescription for high blood pressure, insomnia, constipation, depression and whatever else ails you. All of which have major side effects. Drugs have side effects and do not cure a thing. Run!

Do your research. What causes high cortisol, autoimmune and thyroid disease? They are each treatable without medication; and can be curable. The doctor won’t tell you that. Chances are they don’t even know that. Doctors diagnose disease and treat disease with prescription medications as they’re taught to in medical school.

Doctors are not nutritionists. That’s not what they’re getting paid for. An endocrinologist treating thyroid disease is often not up with the latest medical sciences proven to identify causes of thyroid disease, autoimmune diseases or high cortisol. Disease is treatable when specific blood work identifies the link to the actual causes. Your doctor isn’t going to bring this up. You have to. Take a minute to look into what prescription drugs your doctor has prescribed and their side effects. Ween off medications and exchange them for natural antioxidants, herbs, spices, teas, vitamins, minerals, oils and fresh foods.

Take charge of your health. Look into your nutritional deficiencies; your vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Watch what you eat. Read labels on processed foods. Eliminate unhealthy disease-causing foods from your diet. Eat only what the Lord created to keep our bodies healthy. Amen!
